SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Australia Post - Express Post shipping within Australia on all orders.

REST OF WORLD
$44.95 express post charge for orders under $500($AUD), delivery within approximately 3-7 business days of order.

$74.95 express charge for orders over $500(AUD), delivery within approximately 3-7 business days of order.

DISPATCH
All orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the within 2 days, excluding public holidays and weekends.

DELIVERY
We recommend providing a work address or other suitable daytime address for delivery to ensure someone is available to accept your delivery in person. If you are not available to accept delivery in person, a calling card will be left and your delivery will be taken to the closest post office for collection.
We only use reputable postage and courier services to deliver merchandise, Australia Post in most instances. 
We accept no responsibility or liability if merchandise is returned to us or if there is a delay in delivery which is beyond our reasonable control. We accept no responsibility or liability for undelivered merchandise. 
All delivery charges do not include possible taxes or duties which may be applied by customs. Any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees are the responsibility of the customer..

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
This Return & Exchange Policy relates to purchases made on the MATG website only.

WHEN CAN YOU RETURN MERCHANDISE?
Australian Orders: Please choose carefully as no refunds will be issued on return items. A credit note to the value your purchase will be issued valid for 6 months.

For any exchanges please notify us in writing with your purchase order number within 7 days.

We cannot accept the change of mind return or exchange of sale items, shoes that have been worn or items that have been used.

We cannot accept the change of mind return or exchange of items bought in a sale.

CONDITION OF RETURNED MERCHANDISE
We will happily accept the return or exchange of full price merchandise that has been purchased online and returned to us in its unworn and original condition with labels and swing tags intact. 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We want you to be completely happy with your online purchases, if you are not happy with the merchandise that you have received because you believe it is faulty or was damaged in transit, please let us know in writing, quoting your customer order number within seven days for Australian orders of receipt or fourteen days for International orders of receipt. 
If we agree that merchandise is either faulty or has been damaged in transit, we will replace faulty or damaged merchandise, issue a credit note, or a refund of the purchase price in exchange for the faulty or damaged merchandise. 
Our liability is limited to a replacement of merchandise, issue of a credit note, or a refund of the purchase price. 
If you do not let us know within the aforementioned period, we will take this to mean that you are happy with your purchases and that your merchandise is satisfactory. We will not accept any claims for fault or damage after the expiry of fourteen days.
